General Shipping Policy
We fulfill & ship the product to you as fast as possible. We use standard carries such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL so we can ship just about anywhere.

From time to time, we offer free ground shipping once total purchases exceed a predetermined spend amount! This special Free Shipping offer will appear at the top of the web page when offered. Please keep in mind that for some locations, the transit time can be longer depending on your location.

Faster shipping may also be made available at an increased shipping cost. Please note that estimated transit times are in Business Days and do not include weekends.
Canada - International Shipping
Buyer will be responsible for paying any import Duties, Taxes & Brokerage Fees.
Pure Rush Shades are shipped from the United States. This means that all shipments to Canada will go through the customs process. We ship our products with DDU Incoterms which means that the the buyer pays the duties, taxes and brokerage fees. This is an estimate of what to expect

Brokerage Fees: $10 - $20 per order
The shipping companies (USPS, FedEx, UPS) will also charge you a "Brokerage Fee". This fee covers the cost of completing all the customs forms requred by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). You can always elect to complete the customs process your self. If you want to do this you can call the shipper, provide them with your tracking number and ask them to process customs forms yourself.
Free Protection Plan
All Sunglasses purchases come with a Free 1 Year Protection Plan
Your protection plan is activated on the date of the purchase and will last for 1 full year. ​This plan will protect you from any and all accidental damage. To request a replacement pair of sunglasses the following conditions must be met.

2. Provide an image of the broken sunglasses
3. Provide proof of purchase and/or your order #

Once approved you will be offered a replacement pair and only at the special replacement cost rate + shipping. The table below outlines the costs associated with the replacement program​​​.

The Free 1 Year Protection Plan will cover up to two (2) claims. After two (2) claims have been successfully processed the Free 1 Year Protection Plan will terminate.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason you may return it for a full refund or exchange it. To receive a full refund or exchange your item the following conditions must be met.
